Therapy During Social Distancng Measures
Virtual psychotherapy, sometimes called telemental health or telepsychology, treats people with mental health issues via video chat or phone.
In most virtual psychotherapy sessions, a licensed therapist provides traditional therapy through an application such as FaceTime or Zoom.

Virtual therapy has many benefits including: talking to someone in the comfort of your own home, being able to participate in therapy remotely, and maintaining compliance with social distancing measures.
Some drawbacks to virtual therapy include: technological limitations such as delays and slow connection may make conversations challenging and those that are not comfortable with technology may have challenges navigating video applications.

Talk It Out Therapy currently provides phone or video sessions.
